Mr. Wilburn
Instructor: Mr. Wilburn
This year our class will be studing the explorers through the present day (1500-2008).  Our studies will pick up where the sixth grade left off.  We will discuss the major world influences, the exchange of ideas, as well as revolutions that brought about justice.  We will continue to study how these early influences on our world continue to influence people's thoughts, emotions, and feelings which shape our present day world.

My goal this week is to get students to be able to explain how the Scientific Revolution led to changes in society and government.  Last Friday (9/24) students took a test on the Age of Exploration and Colonization.  Make-ups will be offered to students this up coming week.
